All add-ons are a percentage of the full body. Full body price will be determined first. Complexity will add to this first price.

Back view of character = 60% of the full body price
Half body = 80% of the full body price
Headshot = 25% of the full body price
Accessories are free. Outfit shots are 50% (if chibi) or 100% of Full body.
Text is free, but please have an idea beforehand.

General

✦ Payment is done through Paypal or Revolut (if client is a maltese citizen).
✦ Prices are subject to change. If a price has changed since purchase, the client will pay the sum asked originally.
✦ Client must pay at least half of the price before I can start.
✦ Refunds allowed if a piece has not got past the sketching phase. Onward Rendering is Non-Refundable.
✦ I reserve my right to refuse commissions for any reason.
✦ Client may not commission characters they themselves do not have the permission to use.
✦ Client must pay first before commission can begin. Payment Plans are allowed for any transaction over 100 Euros.
✦ If a Client would like a payment plan, they must pay 50% upfront post sketch. The client can then pay the rest in as many parts they need within the next four months.
✦ If Client has a character with a complex designs or provides inadequate references (i.e. Cobbled together collage and/or text description) will incur additional fees.
✦ Heavy edits/alterations post the thumbnailing and sketching phase will incur additional fees.
✦ Overtly adult content will incur additional fees. Artistic nudity and suggestive (or lewd) subjects are exempt.

18+ content

✦ Adult content commissions (henceforth will be referred to as 18+) have very limited slots. A maximum of 2 slots will be allocated for 18+ art.
✦ I will not accept 18+ commissions to minors.
✦ Discovery that the client is below the age of 18 will be blacklisted from future commissions.
✦ If the Client is a minor (under 18) and has already paid, they're not entitled to a refund.
✦ Characters who are minors (under 18) or their owner is a minor will not be drawn under any circumstances.
✦ If the commission has multiple characters, all parties involved must consent and must be over 18.
✦ Client is responsible to verify their own age and any consenting third party's age.

Publishing

✦ I reserve the right to publish the commission for self advertising, unless the client specifically requests otherwise.
✦ Client is allowed to use the commissioned work for any personal use such as profile pictures, banners and wallpapers.
✦ Client may print their commission so long as it is not for commercial means.
✦ If the client wishes to credit me, they may link one of my accounts or this website.

Commercial Use

✦ Clients looking to have work marketed for profit must reach out to me and receive permission in written, documented text.
✦ Client may not use commissioned work, regardless if the commissioned piece is personal or for marketed use, for Non-Fungible Tokens.
✦ I, the artist, will never post my art as Non-Fungible Tokens. If my art is on any cryptocurrency website, it is stolen.
✦ Client may not use commissioned work, regardless if the commissioned piece is personal or for marketed use, for AI training and datasets.
✦ I, the artist, do not consent to having any of my work used for AI training and datasets.

Communication

✦ I, the artist, will keep the client updated on any progress made on commissions.
✦ Communication may be held in website direct messages (ex. Discord, Reddit, Bluesky, Tumblr) but final product will be sent via email.
✦ I will also be updating the public queues on Trello and on FurAffinity.

Designs and Adoptable Terms of Services

✦ I retain all rights to artworks created by me.
✦ Once an adoptable is bought/Custom design is made; the owner is in charge of the character's name, gender and can make light edits to the design if they please. The new owner may include them in their own creative work including stories, Adult/kink art, roleplay as them, use them as avatars and create tangible art such as fursuits.
✦ After the transaction, The Client isn't required to credit me as the design's creator, but they are welcomed to.
✦ If you have a Toyhouse account and plant to post an adoptable or design made by me, You can link me in the adopt's/Custom's page as it's creator.
✦ All sales are final. The design may be gifted, traded or resold.
✦ Price may only be increased from the original transaction amount if the design includes at least 1 additional piece of artwork/physical goods.
✦ Failure to adhere to these Terms of services will blacklist you from purchasing designs and adopts made by me and from me.
